Job Purpose To ensure the sale of parts by effectively addressing customer needs and requirements, with a primary focus on B2B Sales for Nissan and Renault. Key Responsibilities Financial Target Achievement
Ensure that individual sales targets, where applicable, are met.
Maintain the appropriate gross profit (GP) margin per customer.
Ensure all branches achieve their designated financial targets.
Resolve any issues related to supply or payment concerning customers under respective branches or segments.
Strategic Implementation
Forecast regional performance and monitor market trends.
Track and report on competitor information and activities.
Business Development
Improve overall sales and market share.
Provide relevant input for market intelligence and competitor activity reports.
Recommend tactical and product-based campaigns.
Support the growth of new product lines.
Conduct competitor price and activity surveys for key customers.
Add new active customers to the existing clientele as per the defined targets.
Customer Journey
Identify customer needs and respond to queries efficiently.
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer service and brand awareness.
Ensure the Dealer Online Setup is implemented at customer premises.
Conduct regular visits to customers and branches, as per the agreed schedule.

Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B parts sales, with strong exposure to client management.
High level of credibility and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey key information clearly and effectively.
Demonstrates leadership and initiative.
Quick decision-making and issue resolution skills.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to take direction from senior management.
