KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

\xc2\xb7 Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

\xc2\xb7 Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

\xc2\xb7 Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

\xc2\xb7 Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

\xc2\xb7 Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

\xc2\xb7 Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Experience:

Candidate should have previous experience in the Pharmaceutical & Specialty sector within UAE

Have a good understanding of the market and industry developments.

Candidate should also have previous experience working within the Distribution vertical - and have previous experience in dealing with Brands, Listing Brands with Agencies
