Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the real estate, construction, or tile manufacturing sector. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned key accounts. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Present products and services to clients, highlighting their value propositions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong and long-lasting relationships with key clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve overall business objectives. Provide feedback and insights from key accounts to relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate, construction, or tile manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Extensive project management experience, including end-to-end project coordination and delivery.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and internal teams.
  • Sound knowledge of the real estate, construction, or tile manufacturing industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
