Key aspects of the role include:
- Maintain professional relationships with key HCPs and KOLs.
- Ensuring that key accounts/ clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops.
- Negotiating contracts with clients.
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients\' needs and requirements.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
- Gather information on orders and market conditions.
- Bachelor\'s Degree is a must; MBA is a plus.
- An experienced professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Relevant experience in managing specialty businesses i.e., Rare Diseases, Hematology.
- Commercially and clinically knowledgeable and can execute sales strategy.
- Interpersonal and collaboration skills to liaison with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong relationship management.
