Key Responsibilities
Drive sales volume and achieve revenue, margin, and stock targets for AV solutions
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, system integrators, and consultants
Lead technical sales presentations and pre-sales coordination with design and marketing teams
Identify new project opportunities and industry verticals for business expansion
Oversee solution selling of complete AV systems including hardware and software components
Ensure proper integration, coordination, and client satisfaction during installations
Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
Follow up on outstanding collections and maintain account health
Requirements Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years in B2B or key account sales within the AV, ProAV, or visual display industry
Proven experience selling projectors, LED/LCD displays, and integrated AV solutions
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Skills:
Strong technical understanding of AV products and integration
Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building abilities
Self-driven with good problem-solving and market analysis skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple large accounts
