We at Align Staffing Solutions, are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team.
Position: Key Account Manager-
Manage and grow key client accounts, offering tailored solutions to meet their staffing needs and ensure long-term partnerships.Responsibilities
:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand and address their staffing needs. Provide tailored workforce solutions, ensuring the right talent is matched to each client's requirements. Negotiate contracts and collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure efficient fulfillment of client needs. Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve client issues to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Requirements
:Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the manpower consultancy/staffing industry in the UAE. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Valid UAE driving license and a positive, friendly attitude.
