Key Account Manager
Job Description
We at Align Staffing Solutions, are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team.
Key Account Manager- Reporting to a Business Head and accountable for a division, the incumbent has to manage and grow the business, offering tailored solutions to meet their staffing needs and ensure long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs.
Coordinate with recruitment teams and manage contracts.
Monitor account performance and drive client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience in same or similar role in UAE staffing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in English and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Valid UAE driving license and a positive, friendly attitude.
Work Location: Dubai
