Job Description
Party Zone LLC is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication and relationship with assigned HORECA clients. Coordinate and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and account receivables. Upsell and promote new product launches or seasonal collections to clients. Assist in onboarding new accounts, documentation, and sample sharing. Prepare client proposals, order confirmations, and monthly sales reports. Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or client service, ideally in HORECA. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems. Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Female candidates preferred Based in Dubai with valid Driving License.
