• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key accounts within the Horeca industry.
• Assist with the development and implemention of sales strategies.
• Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with key account contacts to assess needs, recommend products, and explore new prospects.
• Assist in developing and negotiating business contracts that support organizational goals and client demands.
• Monitor customer performance to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and presentations.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B or Horeca industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of the Horeca industry and its specific challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• 1-2 years of experience in FMCG (Horeca).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and negotiate complex business deals.
• Fluent in English and another language is a plus.
