You will ensure
smooth operations, excellent customer service, and high-quality food standards
, while managing staff, inventory, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the tea shop / cafeteria
Supervise, train, and schedule staff
Maintain
food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
Handle stock, suppliers, and wastage control
Increase sales with promotions, upselling, and customer engagement
Address customer feedback professionally
Ensure compliance with
Dubai Municipality food & safety regulations
Prepare daily reports on sales and expenses
Requirements
Minimum
3 years experience
as a manager or supervisor in a tea shop, cafeteria, or restaurant in Dubai
Familiarity with
Kerala snacks and tea varieties
Knowledge of
food safety and hygiene regulations in Dubai
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Good communication in English; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is a plus
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
