Full-Time Karate Coach
to deliver high-quality martial arts sessions in both
schools and gyms across Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and professional karate sessions to children and youth across multiple school and gym locations.
Maintain accurate attendance records through our digital register system.
Communicate regularly with parents using our WhatsApp-based CRM platform.
Upload photos and videos to social media, showcasing student progress and class highlights.
Promote Evolve Sports at
school sign-up days, mall activations, and community events
by engaging with potential clients and encouraging new registrations.
Assist in
planning and executing karate events
, including student
gradings, demonstrations, and internal competitions
.
Be a positive ambassador of the Evolve Sports brand and uphold our values on and off the mat.
Applicants must have:
- Experience working with children aged 4 - 16 years old within schools across Abu Dhabi
- Karate coaching experience
- Training certificates required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Remuneration will be starting at 6500 AED per month, more depending on performance and number of students.
Timings: While most classes run between
1:00 PM and 8:00 PM
, coaches are also expected to be available for
morning responsibilities
, such as school visits, admin tasks, or planning meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in karate or martial arts.
Relevant coaching certifications and/or black belt qualification.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident with technology (e.g. WhatsApp, Social Media, Microsoft 365).
Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid UAE driving licence.
