to lead engaging and safe after-school karate sessions for children across different schools. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching martial arts to young learners, ensuring both skill development and enjoyment in a structured, disciplined environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct karate classes in schools as part of after-school enrichment programs.
Travel to assigned school locations as per schedule.
Teach basic to intermediate karate techniques appropriate for children aged 4-15.
Instill discipline, respect, and confidence through martial arts training.
Ensure student safety and proper use of techniques and equipment.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
Maintain attendance records and report to program coordinator.
Collaborate with school staff and program management as needed.
Requirements:
Black belt or equivalent certification in Karate.
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching karate, preferably to children.
Prior experience working in schools or with after-school programs is a plus.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate children.
Reliable means of transportation to travel between schools.
Valid First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.
Must pass background and child safety checks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED150.00 - AED200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 5 per week
