Junior Storekeeper

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and organized Junior Storekeeper to join IIQAF team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the store and the accuracy of the inventory. The Junior Storekeeper is expected to conduct stock checks, maintain records, and ensure the accuracy of stock information. This role demands a high level of attention to detail and organization, as well as excellent communication skills.

- Receive, store, and issue stock materials in accordance with company standards
- Monitor stock levels and order new stock when necessary
- Follow the organization\xe2\x80\x99s inventory control procedures
- Ensure inventory accuracy in the store by conducting regular stock checks and documenting discrepancies
- Maintain records of all store orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Assist other store personnel in unloading, handling, and organizing goods
- Ensure the store\xe2\x80\x99s neatness and cleanliness
- Provide customer service and handle inquiries
- Proven work experience as a storekeeper or a similar position
- Basic understanding of stock control principles
- Ability to input data with accuracy
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
