Junior Storekeeper

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Storekeeper to join our team at IIQAF. In this position, you will play an integral role in keeping our warehouse neat, organized, and safe. You will stock, manage and track inventory using a variety of software programs, tools, and other methods. You should also keep detailed records of incoming and outgoing merchandise, as well as maintain detailed documentation and records.

- Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other stock items.
- Scan and become proficient in operating inventory control software.
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
- Place products in storage and retrieve them as needed.
- Ensure security of all products by regularly checking and monitoring inventory.
- Responsible for ensuring proper stocking levels and stock rotation.
- Perform cycle counts as required.
- Track inventories and alert management for any discrepancies in stock count.
- Able to lift items up to 40 lbs.
- Assist in general clerical and administrative duties as needed.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Previous storekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to take direction and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other related inventory management software.
- Ability to learn and utilize new technologies quickly.
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift items up to 40lbs.
- Working knowledge of warehouse safety rules and regulations.
