Junior Sous Chef - Pastry

  • Assist the Pastry Chef in planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality desserts and pastries.
  • Supervise pastry team members and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure kitchen compliance.
  • Contribute to menu development and testing of new pastry recipes.
