KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Ensure that all SHEQ responsibilities are conducted in accordance with ISO standards, of the company Solutions and Customer\'s standards and procedures:
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure that all safety and health requirements are in line with Standard Operating Procedure as displayed in various areas and company Solutions Way of Working (WoW).
\xef\x83\x98 Schedule and drive weekly departmental safety talks.
\xef\x83\x98 Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections.
\xef\x83\x98 Prepare monthly safety reports and submit to the manager for safety meetings.
\xef\x83\x98 In conjunction with the Operations Manager chair Safety Meetings and compile minutes for these meetings.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure all legal appointments are up to date and communicated.
\xef\x83\x98 Assist with and coordinate emergency plan including evacuation and fire drills.
\xef\x83\x98 Conduct and assist all interested parties with the completion of accident/incident investigations.
\xef\x83\x98 Conduct safety induction as well as other safety awareness training with new recruitments and existing staff.
\xef\x83\x98 Assist with the facilitation and implementation of worker training in such areas such as safety regulations, hazardous condition monitoring and use of safety equipment.
\xef\x83\x98 Conduct Spill training with all employees.
\xef\x83\x98 Review and assist with SHEQ related training needs including internal and external SHEQ training.
\xef\x83\x98 Perform periodic internal SHEQ audits of all departments.
\xef\x83\x98 Manage and control PPE supplies from suppliers and to employees.
\xef\x83\x98 Conduct Risk assessments, inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify potential hazards and to esure safety regulation compliance.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure Risk assessments are communicated to all levels within the company, including contractors and visitors.
\xef\x83\x98 Follow up on and coordinate maintenance to be done on site.
F0D8; Inspect first aid boxes at all sites and assist as a First Aid assistant.
\xef\x83\x98 Control environmental management.
\xef\x83\x98 Plan and follow up on non-conformances and near misses raised and ensure effective preventative measures are implemented.
\xef\x83\x98 Conduct departmental ISO Internal audits.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure IOD Reports are compiled and submitted to Operations Manager, SHEQ Manager and Management team.
\xef\x83\x98 Follow up on IOD\'S.
\xef\x83\x98 Compile monthly SHEQ KPI\'s reports.
\xef\x83\x98 Work closely with Supervisor on damages.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure all safety file including contractors is updated monthly.

2. Ensure that all Environmental responsibilities are conducted in accordance with Environmental Legislation, ISO14001:2015, company Solutions and the customer\'s standards.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure the company\'s Environmental Management System is in line with ISO14001:2015 standards across all departments.

3. Ensure that all Quality responsibilities are conducted in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, company Solutions and the customer\'s standards.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure the company\'s Quality Management System is in line with ISO9001:2015 standards across all sites.
\xef\x83\x98 Maintain the company quality management system.
\xef\x83\x98 Conduct departmental ISO 9001:2015 Internal quality audits as per the audit schedule.
\xef\x83\x98 Compile reports for company Solutions obey in conjunction with Managers.
\xef\x83\x98 Compile monthly Quality KPI reports.
