JOB DESCRIPTION JOB DETAILS: Boarding Officer Designation: Boarding Officer Junior Reports to: Operations Team Leader Grade/ Level: Department Boarding JOB SUMMARY: Be in charge of boarding vessels with our deliveries, assure operations are smooth and timely, responsible for relevant documents signing and stamp, handling cash received from Customers (in case of COD sales), keep communication with vessels for feedback, monitoring of vessels routes, particular requests, change of captain or crew etc. When not boarding, assistance in company general operations. Driving license a plus JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION 1. Constant communication with vessels/rigs for feedbacks, monitoring of vessels routes, particular request, change of captains or crew 3.
