We are hiring a

Junior Service Engineer to join our team in

Sharjah, UAE.

Responsibilities:

Support the management of daily operational activities, workflows and documentation. Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Maintain, update, and monitor operational records, reports and databases with accuracy. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prepare, review, and verify operational reports, invoices and delivery documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of equipment, machinery and inventory. Collaborate effectively with internal departments and liaise with external vendors and service providers. Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues, escalating matters when necessary. Provide administrative and coordination support for operational meetings, reporting and follow-up actions. Support the preparation of technical specifications and updates to operational manuals. Monitor and track maintenance schedules, inspections and service records.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory.

- Experience in operations or planning within a similar industry, preferably in Heavy Equipment, Machinery or Construction sectors.

- 1-2 years of Operations, logistics or Office base engineering experience mandatory.

- Advance MS Office skills with demonstrated ability in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Final salary will be decided after the interview and Accommodation & Transportation will be provided by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
