About the Role

As a

Junior Sales Executive

, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
This role is ideal for

fresh graduates

or professionals with

1-2 years of experience

in

sales, business development, or customer service

who want to grow in a fast-paced digital environment. You'll receive

hands-on training, mentorship,

to help you meet monthly targets and advance your career within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Website Development, etc.). Support the sales team in achieving a monthly revenue target of

AED 20,000

. Reach out to potential clients through

calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media

. Assist in preparing

sales proposals, presentations, and follow-ups

with clients. Maintain accurate

CRM records

and update client interactions regularly. Collaborate with senior sales executives to close deals effectively. Stay informed about

digital marketing trends

and competitor activities.

Requirements

1-2 years

of experience in

sales, business development, or client servicing

(preferred). Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

.

Self-motivated, ambitious,

and eager to learn new skills. Ability to work under pressure in a

target-driven environment

. Fluent in

English

(Arabic is a plus). Must be

based in Dubai

or willing to

relocate

.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

AED

1,500 per month

(performance-based, applicable after meeting sales targets).

Probation:

1-month training and performance evaluation period.

Visa Sponsorship:

Provided after 3 months (based on performance).
