Position Details
Location: Umm Al Qwain,Dubai (Applicants must be based in the UAE)
Salary: AED 5,000/month
Experience: 3-4 years in B2B or field sales within the UAE
License: Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory
Industry Preference: FMCG / Hygiene / Consumer Products
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new local clients across restaurants, cafes, wellness centers, pet stores, and similar sectors
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, product demos, and sampling activities
Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate with operations and accounts teams for order fulfillment and invoicing
Maintain accurate records and sales pipelines in CRM tools
Requirements
3-4 years of B2B or field sales experience in the UAE
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
UAE Driving License is mandatory
Hands-on experience with CRM or sales tracking tools
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of meeting monthly targets
Performance Expectations
Close 10-15 new client accounts in the first 3 months
Achieve monthly sales of USD 50,000 and scale progressively
Build strong market visibility and lasting client relationships
