Job Purpose
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Identify client needs and present telecom solutions (SMS, A2P, Voice, CPaaS, etc.).
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, and finance) to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in telecom, IT, or enterprise messaging industry (A2P SMS, CPaaS, or similar preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
