Company Overview:

We are a leading company in the fit-out and interior design sector, specializing in creating high-quality and innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. We are looking for two dynamic and results-driven Jr. Sales Executives (1 Male, 1 Female) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out and interior design sector. Manage and nurture relationships with potential clients to achieve sales targets. Meet and exceed individual sales targets within the assigned time frame. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company policies. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors. Support senior sales team in cold calling, email outreach, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients. Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information. Support in preparing sales presentations, capability profiles, and tender submissions. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities. Coordinate internally with the design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-through of awarded projects. Help track sales performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong existing network within the UAE fit-out or interior design industry. Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs.
