We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in sales and material supplier consultancy, preferably within the civil construction or engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the civil construction and related industries.
Create and present tailored proposals and sales presentations based on the specific needs of potential clients.
Work closely with the engineering and estimation teams to ensure client solutions are both technically feasible and aligned with their needs.
Translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for clients, providing them with effective and practical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing technical benefits and value propositions.
Maintain and build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Experience :
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction, engineering, or construction chemicals consultancy industries.
Education
:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related technical field.
Skills Required :
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in any CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and adaptability.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and project site visits.
