Kinetics Group is seeking a

Junior Sales Engineer

with a strong background in MEP sales engineering or a similar technical sales role. The ideal candidate will have

1-3 years of sales experience in the UAE

.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales activities to meet assigned targets. Manage and maintain customer relationships, delivering tailored technical solutions. Prepare accurate technical reports, quotations, and professional presentations. Monitor industry trends, project pipelines, and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal engineering, logistics, and project teams. Attend client meetings and conduct site visits as required.

Skills & Attributes Required:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in MEP or technical sales in the UAE. Previous experience in the same field is highly encouraged. Proficiency in technical sales, with the ability to articulate complex engineering solutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Arab-speaking candidate preferred. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
