We are looking for a Junior Safety Trainer who will be responsible in delivering comprehensive 3rd party safety training programs. Also, assisting in the development of course materials required for trainings. Responsibilities- Delivering training sessions to the company\xe2\x80\x99s clients, these sessions could be in-person, online, or a combination of both. .
- Conducting and assist in demonstrations and practical exercises that allow participants to apply safety.
- Conduct training sessions in a clear, organized, and professional manner, using a variety of instructional techniques to ensure training attendees understanding.
- Assist senior trainers or training managers develop training materials, presentations, and resources that cover various safety topics. This may involve researching regulations, industry standards, and best
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical
- NEBOSH
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and Train the Trainer will be an added advantage
- Proven experience at least 2 years in delivering training either in house or Third Party will be an advantage
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety laws
- Strong passion for safety education and training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in IT (Windows Operating System, MS Office specially PowerPoint and Tools)
