Job Description

We are currently looking for Food Safety Trainers with the following skills and qualifications: 1. Prior approval from Food Safety Department to conduct any trainings regulated by the Food Safety Department is required. 3. Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Hindi-speaking is an advantage. 3. Willing to work full-time and must be residing in Dubai. 4. At least five (5) years of experience in the field of Food Safety of which there should be at least three (3) years of food industry experience in managing or supervising food safety in a food establishment. 5. The trainer must have comprehensive understanding of the Food Code, Food Standards relevant to UAE, Food Import requirements in Dubai and other legal requirements. 6. The trainer must have comprehensive understanding on how to use both digital and non-digital food systems to ensure compliance to regulations. 7. Must be able to provide a verifiable Degree certificate or post-graduate Diploma on Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Safety/ Environment or Public Health/ Food Microbiology, and transcript of academic records. 8. Must possess an international qualification in or equivalent to Level 4 Food Safety/ Advance Food Hygiene, Level 3 HACCP Certification, and Train-the-Trainer Certification. 9. Must be able to provide CPD Sheet (minimum 30 points CPD per annum). Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
