You will work under the guidance of senior agents, assisting in property transactions, client relations, and market research within the UAE real estate market, particularly in the Abu Dhabi region.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior agents in listing, marketing, and closing property deals (rentals and sales).
Conduct property viewings with clients and answer inquiries.
Maintain updated knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, pricing trends, and regulations (e.g., DARI, ADREC compliance).
Build and manage client relationships through networking and follow-ups.
Coordinate with developers, landlords, tenants, and property managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate.
UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi neighborhoods and developments (e.g., Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Raha, etc.).
