Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute daily production operations as per production plan (Filling,Blending,Bulk) Complete operation and control and protection of Blending software and report any problems associated with the software. Work as a backup employee during absence of assigned supervisor of production operations (i.e as a filling/blending/bulk supervisor). Follow blending and transfer plan through Automatic and manual blending operation. Supervision of blending and transfer process and proactive to any changes to production plans due to changes in delivery plans and control blending plans accordingly. Handling complete bulk unloading and loading activities and Tank farm Operations Follow QHSE procedures in production operations and recommend changes / improvements. Coordination of bulk receipts of raw materials with Bulk Supervisor & Production Manager. Monitor work area for potential losses and recommend areas for improvement. Report any incident / hazard to Plant / Production Manager Comply with QHSE Policy, rules & regulations and PPE Maintain raw material inventory and perform stock counting as necessary. Create and maintain an effective records system of all daily blending/filling/bulk activities, monthly checklists, inspections, etc Receptive to new trainings issues and be a proactive member to carry out tool kit meeting. Also train new operators on day-to-day basis To ensure best work practices to avoid risks causing accidents. Follow daily shutdown checklist to ensure assigned operational valves are properly closed.
