• Ensure Planning of production activity to meet the customer demand on time and in full by ensuring all the HSE, Quality, Cost and Efficiency is met.
• To Coordinate with production & purchase teams and ensure the committed deadlines are met in a smooth and steady manner.
• Ensure all technical aspects of planning are performed fully in compliance with group policies and procedures and in line with the ISO requirements.
• Monitor and improve plant performance by suggesting and mapping the cost-effective improvement activities.

Key Tasks

• Prepare the daily & weekly production schedule in line with the agreed SLA\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Ensure the Job cards are scheduled in a timely manner and plan is made available to the production team.
• Feedback to the respective line manager in case of any deviations in the plan/plan execution when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• To coordinate with production in the improvement of OEE of the plant.
• Balance between the Preventive maintenance schedules & Production planning for the effective use of machinery with minimum downtime.
• Update and maintain accurate data in MRP for effective planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with the demand team for the required forecast.
• Communicate to customer care on the product availability updates in a timely manner in line with ATP.
• Communicate production ETA\xe2\x80\x99s or delays inline with the forecast to respective associates on a timely manner.
• Timely analysis and update of the Safety stocks data in the ERP system.
• Monitor & Plan production of Safety to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Ensure the commitments made are fulfilled to boost the OTIF for the logistics team.
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Monitor plan to ensure they will finish within the specified timelines.
• Review of stocks on a timely basis with the warehouse to ensure to maintain a healthy stocks.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
