1-2yrs experience as a procurement Experience in Engineering or Manufacturing Industry Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, service and reliability. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) in accordance with approved requisitions and procurement policies. Coordinate with suppliers for material availability, delivery schedules, and shipment follow-up. Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase reports. Work closely with the production and planning departments to forecast material requirements. Support cost analysis, price comparison, and negotiations to achieve cost savings. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid material shortages or excess. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and ISO requirements. Prepare regular reports on purchase activities, cost performance, and delivery status. Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews. Liaise with suppliers for product quality assurance, technical clarifications, and issue resolution. Support vendor evaluation and performance monitoring based on delivery, quality, and cost criteria. Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential vendors. Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and finance teams for technical specifications, approvals, and payments. Support new project procurement requirements including machinery, tools, and Con -sumables.
