You will support procurement activities, assist in vendor management, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
Track and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Support negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Assist in evaluating supplier quotations and preparing cost comparisons.
Ensure compliance with procurement standards and company policies.
Help resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice mismatches.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (internships count).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
