Full-TimeWe are looking for a Junior Procurement Engineer with a Mechanical or Electrical engineering background to support procurement activities for industrial and infrastructure projects. Candidates with exposure to water projects and strong knowledge of UAE import and customs procedures will be preferred.
Requirements
Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical 2-5 years of experience in procurement for industrial / infrastructure projects Experience in water / wastewater projects is a plus Good command of English (written & spoken) Strong knowledge of UAE import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation Experience in vendor sourcing, RFQs, POs, and coordination with suppliers and logistics teams
Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement of materials and equipment for projects Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and issue purchase orders Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and site teams Support import & customs clearance documentation Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements
