Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily production of pastries, breads, and baked goods
Support senior pastry chefs with preparation and presentation tasks
Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
Follow recipes and production schedules as directed by the Pastry Chef
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pastry and bakery section
Participate in mise en place and ensure ingredients are properly stored and rotated
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pastry and/or bakery in a hotel, resort, or bakery setting
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and professional behavior
Ready to relocate and work full-time in the Maldives
Benefits:
Salary between USD 400 - 550/month (Approx. AED 1,400 - 2,000), based on experience
