Assist in daily operational tasks to support overall business functions
Coordinate with Finance, and Sales teams
Maintain operational trackers, databases, and project sheets
Monitor project timelines and follow up with teams on task completion
Prepare operational reports, summaries, and documentation
Identify small operational gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
Support the implementation of new procedures and tools to optimize performance.
Maintain organized and accurate records of operational activities.
You have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience
in operations, administration, or coordination (freelance or full-time).
Strong command of MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets is essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
