We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Logistics Officer
to support daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to grow in the logistics or supply chain field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily shipments and deliveries
Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, LPOs, etc.)
Track and update delivery status and inventory records
Support in warehouse operations: receiving, sorting, and dispatching goods
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
Ensure documentation complies with customs and shipping regulations
Maintain accurate data entry and filing of logistics records
Help resolve logistics issues or delays
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
0-2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
Basic understanding of shipping procedures and inventory management
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle) is a plus
Knowledge of UAE logistics or customs procedures is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,750.00 per month
