Job Overview
The Junior Mixologist will be responsible for delivering personalized bar service, preparing a variety of cocktails, and ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and bar operations. This role is ideal for someone creative, energetic, and passionate about mixology and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Recommend, upsell, and craft unique cocktails based on guest preferences and outlet themes
• Assist bartenders in daily operations, ensuring bar stations are organized, stocked, and clean
• Maintain beverage standards and ensure compliance with hygiene and HACCP regulations
• Process guest transactions accurately using Micros and maintain bar inventory
• Support team goals, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, and follow all SOPs
• Stay updated on wine pairings, spirits, and bar trends to enhance guest experiences

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of mixology or bar service experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or premium standalone restaurant
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine service, and beverage presentation
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms systems
• Excellent communication in English; additional language skills (Russian or European) are a plus
• Energetic personality with a passion for hospitality and a flair for creativity
