Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth, guide them to tables, and explain menu items, ingredients, and specials in detail
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, including handling special dietary requests
• Handle billing and payments using the MICROS system with precision and transparency
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely order delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, manage section operations, and handle guest inquiries and calls
• Support junior team members and help maintain a seamless, hygienic, and high-quality dining experience

Reporting & MIS

• Record and report guest preferences and feedback
• Ensure billing reports, table turnover, and cashiering records are kept accurate and up to date

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a 5-star hotel or premium standalone restaurant
• Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Russian or European language is a plus
• Familiarity with Micros, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multicultural F&B environment
