Gilani Mobility is seeking a

Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

to join our growing team. This role focuses on designing vehicle modification components using SolidWorks and developing clear, easy-to-follow technical manuals. It is well suited for early-career engineers looking to gain hands-on experience in automotive design and documentation within a practical, workshop-supported environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings for vehicle modification components using SolidWorks Support senior engineers in improving designs based on technical feedback and manufacturing requirements Perform basic tolerance checks and ensure designs align with engineering standards Assist in prototype development and vehicle fitment checks Prepare clear installation guides and user manuals with visual illustrations Update and maintain technical documentation as designs evolve Organize design files and provide technical support to internal teams

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in SolidWorks (certification is an advantage) Understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes Basic knowledge of vehicle systems such as suspension, chassis, body, or powertrain Ability to write clear and structured technical documentation Strong attention to detail and quality Workshop or hands-on fabrication experience is an advantage

Ability to communicate in Arabic is preferred
