Job Description

skilled and motivated Junior Mechanical Design Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal design, from conceptualization to actual build. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Solid Works, AutoCAD, and Photoshop, along with proficiency in reverse engineering using 3D scanning tools.

Responsibilities

:

- Develop and design sheet metal components and assemblies from concept to production.

- Create 2D and 3D CAD models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

- Apply reverse engineering techniques using 3D scan data.

- Convert scan data into CAD models .

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.

- Support prototyping, testing, and design modification.

- Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and production drawings.

- Ensure design compliance with manufacturing, cost, and quality standards.

- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving design issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- 4-6 years of experience in mechanical design, especially sheet metal.

- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

- Experience with 3D scanning and reverse engineering.

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and tolerances.

- Strong communication skills in English or Hindi.

- Attention to detail with analytical thinking.
