Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of

commercial contracts

(supplier/vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, partnerships, and service contracts). Provide

legal support on corporate matters

, including governance, structuring, and shareholder issues in line with UAE laws. Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and applicable industry standards. Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical guidance to management and internal stakeholders. Assist with

intellectual property, data protection, and employment law

matters. Liaise with external counsel, government bodies, and regulatory authorities where required. Support in dispute resolution and litigation management when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master's degree is a plus.

1-3 years' legal experience

in the UAE (in-house or law firm). Strong background in

commercial contracts

and

corporate law

is essential. Previous exposure to

technology, IT, or startup industries

is an advantage. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday:

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
