Junior Kitchen Steward

to support our kitchen operations with cleaning, basic food prep, and hygiene management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and work surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to a high standard at all times. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries safely and correctly. Support the Head Chef with basic food preparation (e.g. chopping vegetables, portioning, plating during service). Handle dishwashing duties, ensuring all crockery, cutlery, and kitchenware are properly cleaned and stored. Dispose of waste correctly and help maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout the day. Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including daily cleaning checklists. Maintain a positive, respectful working relationship with team members and contribute to a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a kitchen or stewarding role is preferred but not essential. Basic food safety training certificate is preferred. Able to communicate in English.

Additional Information:

All applicants must be currently based in the UAE.

Applicants must have their own transport/car-lift due to our remote location.

Salary: AED 2,000 - 3,000 per month depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
