Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT & ELV Support Technician to join our maintenance and service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT systems, networking, and basic ELV systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Handle Wi-Fi and networking tasks, including cabling, crimping, and basic troubleshooting. Assist with ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and intercom installations/support. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT and ELV equipment. Coordinate with the service team to resolve client issues promptly. Ensure timely reporting and documentation of service tasks.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support and basic ELV systems. Strong knowledge of desktop, printer, and server troubleshooting. Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
