Job Description

1. Conducting Job Analysis and Designing



2. Monitoring employee performance



3. Maintaining work culture



4. Resolving internal conflicts among employees, and also assisting to resolve customers issues.



5. Conducting survey management



6. Managing business partnerships



7. Human resource technology management



8. Must have Legal Knowledge



9. Ability to network the company with other companies for partnerships, collaborations etc for the growth of the company



10. Handles legal aspects of your company and Helps in preventing legal problems



11. Document clearing services



12. Planning publicity strategies, Writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases and social media posts Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press and related organizations.
