*HSE Officer (NEBOSH certified+ ADNOC onshore/offshore experience)

We're expanding our team and seeking a diligent, skilled, passionate, qualified and proactive HSE Officer for ADNOC onshore/offshore projects to help us scale effectively. The ideal candidate must hold valid ADNOC-approved certifications and possess proven experience in oil and gas operations, with a strong understanding of UAE regulatory and client-specific HSE requirements.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and Life Saving Rules across the site

Conduct daily site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments

Monitor and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) and Work Management Systems (WMS)

Deliver HSE induction, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for site personnel

Support incident investigations and root cause analysis reporting

Liaise with ADNOC HSE representatives and ensure audit readiness

Maintain safety documentation and prepare daily/weekly reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent

NEBOSH International General Certificate (mandatory)

Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in oil & gas industry

At least 1-2 years of experience on ADNOC or ADNOC-contractor sites
