Job Description

1. Position Overview The Junior HR/Admin supports the HR and administrative functions of the company by handling day-to-day HR tasks, coordinating with the PRO for government-related processes, assisting with payroll preparation, managing employee documentation, and supporting office administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

2. Key Responsibilities



A. Recruitment & Onboarding Support Assist in posting job vacancies and screening incoming CVs. Coordinate interview schedules between applicants and hiring managers. Help prepare job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation. Support full onboarding workflow including collecting required documents, preparing employee files, and conducting orientation. Ensure all joining formalities (emails, access cards, equipment requests) are completed.

B. PRO Coordination (Government & Visa Processing) Coordinate with the company PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor related requests. Prepare and submit required employee documents for visas, Emirates ID, medical tests, and labor contracts. Track employee visa status, expiry dates, and ensure timely renewals. Maintain an updated log of all government transactions.

C. HR Operations & Employee Records Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and employee files (digital and physical). Record and track leaves, attendance, and overtime for payroll purposes. Prepare HR letters such as NOCs, salary certificates, and memos when instructed. Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of HR documents.

D. Payroll & HRDF Assistance Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances. Coordinate with finance to ensure payroll deadlines are met. Assist with HRDF submissions, tracking, and document preparation (if applicable). Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records.

E. Employee Relations & Internal Communication Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries. Assist in conducting staff announcements, memos, and policy updates. Help organize staff engagement activities, trainings, or company events.

F. Office Administration Support Assist with office supplies management, office maintenance requests, and vendor coordination. Prepare ID cards, access cards, and support facility-related requirements. Handle filing, document scanning, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. Support management with any required clerical or administrative work.

3. Qualifications & Skills



Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

Experience in UAE HR or basic understanding of UAE labor law is an advantage. Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Detail-oriented with good accuracy in documentation.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to learn HR systems and workflow tools.

4. Working Conditions



Office-based role. Standard working hours; may occasionally support urgent HR/admin tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
