Job Overview
As a Junior HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to line managers and business leaders, helping to shape and implement effective HR strategies across organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce optimization. Your role is instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business goals while promoting Al-Futtaim's values and commitment to a performance-driven, diverse workplace.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR plan aligned with overall business strategy and growth objectives
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce
• Create and manage training and development programs, especially for high-potential employees
• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
• Facilitate change management efforts and assist in organizational restructuring initiatives
• Act as a communication bridge between HR and business units, ensuring consistent messaging and feedback
• Monitor workforce metrics and provide financial insights related to manpower costs and budgeting
• Ensure adherence to company policies and support Emiratisation and diversity goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve engagement and workplace satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Psychology
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR advisory or generalist roles
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency highly desirable
• Ability to manage change, resolve conflict, and influence decision-making
• Digital literacy in HR systems, analytics, and reporting tools
