Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and annual plans aligned with business goals.
• Support senior management in organizational design, talent planning, and performance improvement.
• Facilitate employee induction, learning programs, and career development initiatives.
• Develop succession and retention strategies for critical positions.
• Collaborate with the Group Training Department to design and deliver employee training programs.
• Handle employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Advise managers on disciplinary procedures, engagement programs, and diversity initiatives.
• Monitor manpower budgets, employee costs, and workforce optimization projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence within business units.
• Ensure Emiratization and localization objectives are achieved as per company policies.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• CIPD or equivalent professional HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience within a corporate or large organization.
• Proficient in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, UAE labor regulations, and workforce planning.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
