Junior Hr & Admin Executive

Job Description

To be responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruitment, GOSI, LMRA and maintaining employee files. It includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development. Responsibility:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Perform full spectrum of recruitment functions including candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, and hiring procedures
  • Facilitate new recruits onboarding by conducting an induction session, ensure the completion of required documentation and medical fitness checks
  • Complete the Visa, GOSI, Tamkeen and other requirements
  • Monitor & follow-up for all probationary staff monthly appraisal reviews until the new hire is confirmed
  • Employee welfare arrangement including arranging for any company event, welfare entitlement and medical related
  • Ensure employee data is kept up-to-date in system
  • Monitoring & reporting of attendance, leave application record management, assist in misconduct investigation, performance appraisal exercise (for non-executive position and below)
  • Ensure smooth and safe daily operations by maintaining sufficient stock for stationary, printing requirements, office necessities.
  • Ensure vendors' compliance to relevant organization and authorities' SOPs.
  • Highlighting irregularities and unacceptable standards or conduct, follow with necessary rectifications.
  • Prepare payroll processing, payday, employee claim, overtime, and statutory payment payment before the due date.
  • Assist in the application, renewal and maintenance of all relevant business operational licenses & authorities' permit.
  • Renew and Maintain all Tenancy/Leasing Agreement.
  • Reservation and setup of meeting and board meeting rooms etc.
  • Arranging and coordinate travel itineraries, bookings, visas and accommodation and travel related matters.
  • Organizing Company event, trip, meeting, and training etc.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in any field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aware of Bahrain Labor Law, Tamkeen and LMRA regulations
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and in maintaining employee relations
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
