Job Description

We are currently seeking for an experienced, skilled, competent, and creative HR & Admin Executive with Medical / Healthcare Experience in Dubai / UAE.This role will encompass all areas of the HR Department within the company such as recruitment, onboarding and exit, compensation and benefits and payroll. Main Duties and Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Manage the effective implementation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s HR policies and procedures in terms of communicating new policies/procedures, conducting awareness sessions, ensuring compliance across the company, advising the management in accordance with approved HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage end to end recruitment for the company.
  • Network and maintain relationships with key profiles on social media (building talent pipeline).
  • Conduct pre-screening, face to face interviews / final interviews of line position applicants across all levels.
  • Partnering with line managers, create job descriptions and advertisements for all levels.
  • Update and maintain job postings on external job board websites and online file sharing databases.
  • Provide HR advice to employees and managers.
  • Serving as a point of contact between employees and company management by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping to resolve disputes
  • Ensure all employee related information are recorded and up to date in the HRMS system in the employees\xe2\x80\x99 physical files.
  • Conduct Exit interviews for separating employees and analyze collected data.
  • Develop and submit HR related reports on timely basis as requested by the management.
  • Support and sustain a positive work environment.
  • Oversee induction and the onboarding of new staff.
Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of experience in HR and Recruitment within the Medical/Healthcare industry in the UAE.
  • Must be up to date with the UAE Labour Law.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English - written and oral.
  • Excellent experience in creating and running successful recruitment campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
