We are currently seeking for an experienced, skilled, competent, and creative HR & Admin Executive with Medical / Healthcare Experience in Dubai / UAE.This role will encompass all areas of the HR Department within the company such as recruitment, onboarding and exit, compensation and benefits and payroll. Main Duties and Responsibilities Will Include:
Manage the effective implementation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s HR policies and procedures in terms of communicating new policies/procedures, conducting awareness sessions, ensuring compliance across the company, advising the management in accordance with approved HR policies and procedures.
Manage end to end recruitment for the company.
Network and maintain relationships with key profiles on social media (building talent pipeline).
Conduct pre-screening, face to face interviews / final interviews of line position applicants across all levels.
Partnering with line managers, create job descriptions and advertisements for all levels.
Update and maintain job postings on external job board websites and online file sharing databases.
Provide HR advice to employees and managers.
Serving as a point of contact between employees and company management by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping to resolve disputes
Ensure all employee related information are recorded and up to date in the HRMS system in the employees\xe2\x80\x99 physical files.
Conduct Exit interviews for separating employees and analyze collected data.
Develop and submit HR related reports on timely basis as requested by the management.
Support and sustain a positive work environment.
Oversee induction and the onboarding of new staff.
Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of experience in HR and Recruitment within the Medical/Healthcare industry in the UAE.
Must be up to date with the UAE Labour Law.
Must have excellent communication skills in English - written and oral.
Excellent experience in creating and running successful recruitment campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
