Job Description

Position holder will be responsible for: Assisting HR Manager in Global Recruitment activities which includes not limited to drafting and posting Job ads on multiple job boards, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the candidates, managing new employee on-boarding related activities and documents. Managing and assisting in Payroll management system. Maintaining attendance and leaves record on the CRI HRMS portal management. Assisting HR Manager in Performance Management System which includes not limited to coordinating with different HODs and team members as and when required and scheduling evaluations meetings. Assisting in Training and Development activities. Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities as and when required. Assist in implementing employee engagement and retention activities to increase productivity and employee satisfaction. Assisting in updating HR policy and employee handbook development. Drafting and assisting in development of various HR reports as and when required. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. Manage and coordinate Employment VISA activities for employees. Assisting HR Manager in other operational tasks which included but not limited management of medical insurance, proper documentation offboarding document, employee engagement activities, Identify and resolve HR related issues of the organization in an effective and efficient manner as and when required. Ensuring employees data on HR portal is accurate and updated. Assisting in improving overall HR processes. Ensuring that all employee files are updated.

Admin Responsibilities: Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail. Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them as required in Saudi office. Responsible for maintaining employee directories. Takes and delivers accurate phone messages, with call back numbers, area codes, and names written, and promptly relays messages to the proper person. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges/cards. Maintaining monthly inventory list and drafting purchase orders for the inventory. Ensuring that grocery, stationery, and medicine are in stocks. Maintains telecommunication system for phone and console operation. Responsible for filing & faxing as well as typing specific documentation. Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels Handle and manage travel requirements for KSA office employees. Responsible for efficient purchasing of inventory, supplies, stationery and capital equipment.

Qualification and Requirement: Must have bachelor's degree in human resource management or MBA degree. Preferred to have certifications in HR such as SHRM, CHRM, or CIPD. Must have 1-2 years' experience in HR role. Must have experience in obtaining Saudi Iqama (VISA) for Non- Saudi employees. Must have good understanding in Saudi Employment law and regulations. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive and creative.
